I established Rise Sports Therapy in November 2011, having graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy. I am fully insured through Balens, and am a member of The Society of Sports Therapists, and The Sports Therapy Association.
I have always been interested in sport, and away from the therapy, I enjoy to participate in a range of sports and activity. I used to play football, which I had been playing from a young age and throughout my years at University. I also play stoolball (a Sussex game, best described as a mixture of cricket and rounders!) in the summer months.
I am currently working at Horsham Rugby Club as head sports therapist, primarily for the senior teams, attending training sessions twice a week and matches on Saturday afternoons. I thoroughly enjoy this side of my work and would be interested in finding a summer sport to work in when the rugby season is over.
